Rick Hall, President 
With a background in operations management in commercial
aviation, Rick joined Imperial Company as the general manager.
He has studied lithographic reproduction and graphics management
at RIT as well as The Graphic Arts Technical Foundation in Pittsburgh,
PA. After serving as general manager and Executive Vice-President
for several years, Rick became President in 1999. In addition to his
responsibilities at Imperial, Rick is also committed to supporting
Palliative Care at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Research
at the Norris Cotton Cancer Center through his volunteer positions. 
He and his wife Susan (Imperial's bookkeeper and benefits manager)
enjoy four-season hiking, backpacking, cycling, and traveling,
as well as spending quality time with their grandchildren.
