Our Commitment to our Environment
For more than 20 years Imperial Company has been committed
to an increasing environmental awareness. Our ‘green initiatives’
range from in-house recycling of materials and production
efficiencies to industry programs such as the Printers
“Simplified Total Environmental Partnership” (Print STEP)
sponsored by the NH Department of Environmental Services.

Rated as a low-volume waste generator, we recycle our paper,
cardboard, printing plates, and vegetable-based inks. In addition
to our own company and industry efforts listed above, Imperial
Company has earned the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)
Chain-of-Custody certification from the Rainforest Alliance’s
Smartwood Program. This certification reflects our growing
commitment to more environmentally and socially responsible
supply chain decisions. Furthermore, it allows our customers
to partner with us to keep our forests healthy and well-managed
while meeting their needs for high-quality promotional materials.
